Are there any returns on bathroom products?
Unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on bathroom related products unopened or otherwise.
Why is my chair running so slow?
Many chairs have a ¼ speed inhibit that does not allow the chair to drive its full speed while the chair is tilted or elevated. Make sure your seat is in the full upright position and your seat elevator (if equipped) is lowered all the way down
Why is my power chair not driving and all the lights are blinking?
Several manufacturers use the lights on your joystick as a diagnostic tool. You will need to count the number of lights flashing (3 red, 1 yellow, etc.) and call the Service Department to help you determine which course of action to take.
